So far my AI Appreciation follows the cycle
🤨 “This will be crap.” → Just testing it because everyone’s shouting about it.
😲 “It has some brains.” → Hmm… it’s better than expected. Slightly suspicious.
🤯 “This is fantastic!” → I shall now automate my job, build a startup, and retire next Tuesday.
😎 “It does the job as I ask.” → Daily driver. Feels like I’ve hired a virtual intern.
😐 “It missed a few things but overall good.” → Realization: Still needs me. I am important. Ego restored.
😤 “What is the problem with you? I asked for X, not Y!” → Gaslit by a bot. Considering therapy.
😩 “This was working code at 89%. After your genius fix, it’s now at 60%.” → Debugging AI output is the new debugging legacy code.
🤬 “This is crap.” → Back to step 1. Full circle. Trust issues rekindled.
The only pointers I have is use AI systems till you are in the upside and then leave it before the downfall starts.
