Need some suggestions or solutions, i am trying to download android / android-x86 source code from official repo. they use a modified form of git i.e. repo for there repository management. now my problem is code might actually we very small but combined with those multiple commits its getting huge every passing day. so can any one suggest a git-archive kind of alternative or anyone tried git-archive kind of stuff with android source, tree.
